Simple path

Track changes or comments in Writer. Send the DOCX. That still works when Cloud is off. For shops that cannot agree on accounts, PDF is the peace treaty. See Word to PDF.

Cloud sharing

Same Kingsoft account family, one folder, one test file. If permissions confuse you, you are not required to stay. See cloud and sync.

When to leave

Legal redlines, SharePoint libraries, and Microsoft Teams homework are Microsoft jobs. WPS is the home editor, not the enterprise bus.

Email still works

A DOCX as an attachment is underrated. It does not require matching Cloud accounts. It does require the recipient to have a suite. PDF is the peace treaty when they should not edit prices.
