Tables

Sheets that look like Excel until a formula does not.

Payroll, grades, and invoices live here. Ordinary SUM and VLOOKUP usually survive. Nested dynamic arrays and some IFS patterns are the late-night surprises. This site is an independent handbook and is not affiliated with Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited.

Free path

Open XLSX, chart a column, filter a table, export CSV. You do not pay to keep a shop’s inventory file. Ads still appear on free skins. Pivot-like summaries exist for ordinary jobs; do not assume every Excel 365 dynamic array landed here on the same Tuesday.

Formula honesty

Rebuild one critical workbook cell by cell before you retire Excel. Array formulas and some statistical functions are the usual misses. A one-cent drift on a known total is still a failure. Details: formulas guide and format compatibility.

CSV and encodings

Exports from banks still arrive in odd encodings. Open as CSV, check the first column of names, then Save As XLSX. Do not trust a double-click if Windows mapped CSV to Notepad. If Arabic or CJK names become question marks, you have an encoding problem, not a “corrupt download.”

Charts and print

Simple column charts usually survive. Combination charts and some secondary axes are where printouts lie. Export PDF and count the pages before you email a board pack. If the workbook is the business, keep Excel for that file only — Helena’s story on the stories page is the pattern.

Install path, not a side door

Install only from wps.com/download or Microsoft Store 9NSGM705MQWC. A template pack EXE, a photo crack, or a “Writer full” from a video description is the malware product. See download and security.
