These terms cover this handbook. They do not replace Kingsoft’s EULA for the software you install from official channels. This site is an independent handbook and is not affiliated with Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited.

WPS Office, WPS, and Kingsoft marks belong to their owners. This handbook is independent. Listing official URLs is not an endorsement by Kingsoft of this site.

Download paths

Supported paths are listed on download. You may not use this site to distribute malware or phish Kingsoft passwords.

Accuracy

Menus move. Store IDs can be replaced. We correct pages when we learn better. Field notes are not a warranty. You remain responsible for backups and for what you install. A round-trip test on your own file beats any format list we publish.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that knocks it over. Do not impersonate Kingsoft support in our inboxes. Linking to individual pages is welcome. Copying these notes into a malware landing page is not.

Liability

Software breaks. Disks fill. Search ads lie. We describe patterns we have seen; we cannot sit at your desk. If you lose a file, start with the recovery guide, not with a recover-wizard EXE from a video.
